According to a survey conducted by Mindlab International for the British Egg Industry Council, the way you eat your eggs can reflect your personality. (The study found that the average poached egg-eater is likely to be happier than most.  Boiled egg-eaters run the greatest risk of getting divorced. Fried egg fans are usually from the skilled working class and scrambled eggs are favoured by those without children.  They call it the eggs factor, which should indicate how seriously this should be taken.)

According to psychologist Campbell Leaper in the journal Personality and Social Psychology Review, and Geoffrey Beattie, from Manchester University, men are more talkative than women. (It gets even better (from my perspective). Professor Beattie went on to say ": ‘It is men who are more likely to talk for the sake of talking when engaged in social chitchat by recycling their words with ritualistic and redundant language that doesn’t contain new information. ‘Female “nattering” is little more than a cultural myth.’ Sometimes life is good. Now I can't wait for hubby to get home.)

According to a three-year study, carried out at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, on the links between personality and music taste, classical music fans have high self-esteem while heavy rock fans lack self-belief. Indie music listeners lack self-esteem and lovers of pop music are uncreative, while country and western fans are hard-working and rap fans have an outgoing personality. (I wonder what they'd make of me. I like most genres. Maybe that makes me a full of self esteem whilst lacking self belief, uncreative, creative, hard-working, outgoing schizophrenic.)
